Interview Exchange has made
recruiting at NetScout Systems much easier. Their tracking tool
allows us to quickly review candidates. Because it is so user
friendly our hiring managers can access the database and review
the resumes themselves.
The various folders allow for

by email right through the site and track all the comments and
